For a limited time, all of our lake property advertising packages with 10 or more properties include a "Featured Seller" as part of the package.  This is a great way to expand your reach and make it easier for users to find your lake homes and lake lots for sale.  Our Spotlight Agents can display their photo along with a brief real estate company description and phone number.  In addition, a link is provided so our users can quickly see all of the listings from a Featured Seller ad.  These ads are rotated on every real estate property page within our website and when a buyer is viewing a property detail screen, the Featured Seller displayed will also be from the same state when possible.  This gives buyers another way to see more property.

To become a Featured Seller, you must first register.  When you register, create your profile and upload a photo or yourself or properly sized company logo.   Then purchase an advertising package that includes "Featured Seller" as an additional feature.  You will be able to edit your profile, photo, and ad from your account.  You can quickly access your account through "My LakeSearch" in the upper right corner of  your screen.
